SHIPPING POLICY
At NN Store, we aim to deliver your orders within 2-3 business days across most locations in Tunisia. However, for certain remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer, up to 4-5 business days. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We offer a flat shipping rate across Tunisia, with free shipping on orders above 250 TND. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately for assistance. Currently, we only ship within Tunisia, but we are working on expanding our services. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At NN Store, we do not accept returns, but we do offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. To request an exchange, contact us at info@nnclothingstore.com or call us at +21658672061. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges. Once approved, exchanges will be processed within 5 business days.
